Granmo Camping is located 6 km south of Oppdal, along the river Driva and is encompassed by beautiful scenery, perfect for outdoor activities. Oppdal is known for many exciting nature experiences and is surrounded by the national parks Trollheimen and Dovrefjell.

In winter, Norway's largest alpine resort is just up the street along with Oppdal's wide range of hiking trail networks, in summer our beautiful mountains offer an eldorado for hiking enthusiasts and during autumn you can hunt reindeer, moose and other game. The river Driva can tempt the adventurous with rafting, or you can of course try your luck at fishing here. If you prefer field fishing in a mountain stream or in an idyllic mountain lake, just stop by the reception and we will give you tips on the perfect fishing spot for you. If you want to explore further, there is lovely coastal and fjord scenery an hour away, and Dovrefjell offers muskox safaris if you prefer a different kind of hike.

At Granmo Camping, we have a wide range of offerings, with a wide range of accommodation, function rooms for hire, and several activities. We work closely with "Opplev Oppdal", located on site who offers, for example, rafting. The communal areas maintain a high standard, so here you will find everything you need to rest and reset.

For the kids, we have a large, enclosed play area, interactive play equipment for the slightly older ones, and during the summer we have several different farm animals living on the site. In our café, we serve simple hot food, and together with our small shop, which is open all day during the summer.
